About Lindsay
Hi! I’m a passionate educator with over 20 years of experience helping students grow in confidence, skills, and curiosity. I believe every learner is unique, and I take pride in building strong, supportive relationships to meet each student where they are. Whether we’re working on reading comprehension, writing strategies, test prep, or time management, I use encouragement, clear instruction, and engaging strategies to help students feel successful and motivated. I’m patient, approachable, and always ready to celebrate progress—big or small. Let’s learn together and make every session count!

•Flexibility: I will work around your schedule!
*Responsiveness: Communication and collaboration are the keys to success. I will be transparent with my scholars and their families. If you need to reach out to me, I will promptly respond to you. I have an open door policy.
*Customization: I will meet scholars where they are at and grow together during this journey. I tailor each session to the scholar’s goals and learning style designed to assist in achieving positive outcomes.
I believe students learn best when they feel safe, supported, and seen. In each session, I blend academic support with social-emotional learning by building strong relationships, encouraging self-reflection, and creating a space where effort is celebrated and mistakes are part of growth. Whether we’re tackling a math problem or prepping for a big test, I help students develop confidence, resilience, and the belief that they can succeed—both in school and in life.
Review:
“Our son felt so supported and motivated after just one session with Lindsay—she just gets kids.”
