Perfect! Jake clearly has a lot of experience in helping people reach their goals and he was really good at asking the right questions and reading between the lines and my answers to provide practical feedback and advice
- It was a pleasure meeting Toby and hearing more about his journey. I am looking forward to us working together over the coming sessions.Jake's response :
Perfect! Jake’s mock interview session was exactly what I needed. He took the time to understand my background and challenges, then focused the session on improving my weaker areas. His feedback was clear, practical, and really boosted my confidence for the real interview. (and I got the job!)
- It was a pleasure working with Jody and to support her to communicate her expert knowledge in a way that allows employers to see her unique strengths.Jake's response :
Perfect! Really impressed with the help so far from Jake. He has helped me improve my cv, linkedin profile and example interview question practice. He is really encouraging with great ideas!
- Working with Jo was an absolute pleasure, and it was great to work with someone so well versed in the technical knowledge of her role. We developed her CV, discussed improvements for LinkedIn, and primarily worked on the delivery of her answers in Interview Preparation. I wish Jo success in her future applications and would be more than happy to work with her again.Jake's response :

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Jake for many years now. He’s is a very kind and caring person taking time to really listen to you and help you with what you’re struggling with. He is passionate about helping others and you can see that in his work. He supports you with just as much care on the small things as he does with the big things. Can’t recommend him enough!
He’s patient and explains things well. I felt much more confident applying for jobs after Jake’s CV and interview prep.
Jake is great! I've known him for many years and he has always been patient and encouraging. He's always been willing to answer my questions and truly listens to you to give a thoughtful answer you know he really believes. His years of experience of coaching, advising and training people will really make him a great person to work with for anyone wanting someone to walk with them as they explore a new avenue, try to get back on their feet or even start working for the first time!
I have had the privilege of working alongside Jake, AND be on the receiving end of his coaching! He is incredibly patient, kind, committed and compassionate and is a fantastic coach. He genuinely cares and wants to help people achieve their goals and ambitions!
