About Hernani

A dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong background in IT and digital skills. I’m passionate about helping students gain confidence using computers, no matter their starting level. With years of hands-on experience and a patient teaching style, I make learning clear, practical, and enjoyable. My goal is to create a supportive environment where every student feels comfortable, motivated, and proud of their progress.

About the lesson

I focus on creating simple, structured, and engaging lessons that build confidence step by step. I use a hands-on approach, encouraging students to practice while I guide them through real-life tasks. A typical lesson starts with reviewing previous concepts, introducing a new skill, and applying it through practical exercises.

What sets me apart is my patience, clear communication, and real IT industry experience, which helps me adapt lessons to different learning styles. My sessions are ideal for beginners, seniors, students, or professionals who want to improve their basic computer skills for everyday use or work.

Perfect! I’m so glad I found Hernani. He’s so knowledgeable on computers and patient. I’m a slow learner when it comes to technology and he has encouraged me to keep going and he’s always smiling which makes it comfortable to ask questions again and again. Thanks

Hernani's response
The student was engaged and cooperative during the tutorial. She followed instructions well and demonstrated improvement in basic computer skills especially on video calling. Continued practice is encouraged.
