About Emma
I am an experienced, UK-trained primary teacher and learning specialist with over 20 years of classroom and senior leadership experience. I have a particular interest in wellbeing, where I aim to give my students the toolkit they need to face challenges
Over two decades, I have guided hundreds of children in developing their self-confidence, reducing their stress levels and helping them adopt a positive and resilient mindset. I am a trained children's mindfulness and yoga coach, and I have studied with experts in Bali.
My passion lies in helping primary-aged children develop both academic confidence and emotional resilience. I create a warm, engaging, and non-judgmental environment where children feel safe to explore new tools, ask questions, and celebrate their personal progress.

Does your child struggle with school stress, exam anxiety, or getting overwhelmed when learning gets tough?
This interactive wellbeing and metacognition course teaches 7- to 12-year-olds how their brains actually work and equips them with practical, lifelong tools to learn efficiently, manage stress, and build unshakeable self-belief.
Rather than just telling children to "try harder," I teach them the science and art of learning how to learn. Combining cognitive strategies with practical breathwork and emotional self-regulation, this course transforms how children approach schoolwork, challenges, and daily life.
What Your Child Will Learn:
How We Learn & Metacognition: Understanding brain plasticity and discovering their personal learning style.
Memory Maximisation: Simple, powerful techniques (such as visualisation and active recall) to retain information effortlessly.
Building Real Resilience: Turning mistakes into learning steps and overcoming the fear of getting things wrong.
Breathing & Self-Regulation Techniques: Targeted breathwork methods to either calm pre-test jitters or boost energy and focus before study sessions.
Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) Methods: Reframing negative self-talk into growth-mindset thinking.
Practical Stress Management: Recognising bodily signals of stress and applying instant coping strategies.
Lesson Structure & Delivery
Format: Live bespoke 1:1 lessons or small group interactive sessions via secure video call. Group lessons of between 4 and 6 students are available at £15 per session. Please get in touch to find out which courses will be starting in September.
Methodology: Dynamic discussions, practical exercises, memory games, and guided breathwork routines (no boring lectures!).
Take-Home Toolkit: Simple, colourful visual summaries and breathwork cards after each module so children can practise their strategies at home.
