About Prerak
Hi, I’m Prerak — a life coach, digital entrepreneur, and lifelong student of ancient Indian wisdom and modern science. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping young minds unlock their potential by blending timeless Vedic principles with practical tools from neuroscience and strategy. I run two digital agencies and mentor students and budding entrepreneurs on building both their outer success and inner clarity. What makes my approach unique is the balance — between logic and emotion, ambition and self-awareness, hustle and stillness. I don’t just teach what to do, but help you understand why you do what you do — and how to rewire that when needed. As a life coach, I guide students, young entrepreneurs, and aspiring leaders to align their mind, emotions, and actions for sustainable personal growth. My approach blends ancient Vedic wisdom with modern neuroscience—making each session both reflective and practical.
I use storytelling, real-life challenges, guided introspection, and actionable frameworks to help individuals discover clarity, emotional balance, and purpose. Whether it's decision-making, confidence, managing distractions, or designing daily rituals, every session is tailored to the individual's current life phase and goals.
My sessions typically start with understanding where the student is mentally and emotionally, followed by exercises, discussion, and implementation tools. We often close with small but meaningful actions to apply before the next session.
These classes are best suited for school and college students, early-stage entrepreneurs, and young professionals seeking direction, mental clarity, or emotional grounding. I'm not just here to motivate—you’ll learn how to design your inner operating system for long-term self-leadership.
