About Kerrie
As owner of Kerrie's Holistics since 2013, I am well versed in simple stress management techniques that are easy to learn and implement. Having certificates in Holistic Health, energy work and an avid lifelong learner in the subject of using energy to manage stress. I have taught many students the power of breath, mindfulness and energy strategies with great success in shifting stress into calm in a very short period of time.

If the distance is greater more than 15 miles from my location, I will add 5% to cover this cost. Lessons bought in packages must be paid for up front, given that there is already a discount built in. Any student is welcome, as we will start from basics and work through different strategies.
