About Acosta,
Hello! My name is Clowey, and I am a TEFL-certified English tutor from the Philippines with 2 years of teaching experience both online and face-to-face. I have worked with students of different ages and levels, especially beginners, helping them build confidence and improve their English communication skills step by step.
I take pride in creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves. My teaching style is student-centered, which means I carefully adapt my lessons based on each student’s needs, goals, and learning pace. I focus on making lessons simple, clear, and engaging so that learning becomes both effective and enjoyable.
During my classes, I use a variety of methods such as guided conversation, interactive activities, and practical examples to help students improve their speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. I also provide feedback and support to help students track their progress and build confidence over time.
What sets me apart is my patience, dedication, and passion for teaching. I always make sure that my students feel supported and motivated throughout their learning journey. I believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement.
My lessons are suitable for kids, beginners, and adults who want to improve their English for daily communication, school, work, or personal growth. I am excited to help you achieve your English goals!

As an English tutor, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students can learn with confidence. My teaching approach is student-centered, which means I adjust my lessons based on each student’s level, needs, and goals. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, and interactive activities to make learning more effective and enjoyable.
In a typical lesson, we usually start with a short review, followed by the main topic such as speaking, grammar, or vocabulary. I include guided practice, conversation, and feedback to help students improve step by step. I also give optional exercises or homework for extra practice.
What sets me apart is my patience, flexibility, and ability to make students feel at ease. I encourage students to speak freely and learn from their mistakes without pressure. I believe that confidence is just as important as knowledge when learning a language.
My lessons are suitable for kids, beginners, and adults who want to improve their English skills, especially in speaking, pronunciation, and everyday communication.
