About Rajat
I have more than two decades of experience working at senior leadership positions in multinational companies in India and abroad. I have worked in south east Asia, specifically in Singapore and Malaysia for more than 10 years.
I am passionate about maths since childhood and thus continued teaching maths through all these years besides working in corporate world. Few months back, I quit my job in Kuala Lumpur and came back to India to focus on teaching Maths full-time. I prefer teaching the learners studying in class 6th to Class 10th.

I believe that every learner is different and thus ‘One size fits all’ approach doesn’t work when it comes to teaching them. This is where my tuition approach is different from other contemporaries. I generally follow a three step approach for a new student:
Understand: the needs and expectations of the learner
Assess: the current level of knowledge, that is, baseline
Plan: structuring of curriculum, mode of interaction and pace of teaching
I focus on developing the basic concepts and logical ability of the learners. Once the concepts are clear, I help them polish their knowledge and understanding through rigorous practice and continuous assessments.
