I am an electrical engineer who graduated from Nagpur Maharashtra. Interested in muscle gaining and has joined the gym at the age of 19. I am an aspiring cyclist, also a member of the Cochin Bikers Club (Beginners Group). Always likes to give simple fitness tips to those who are interested.

My teaching method includes simple but effective muscle gaining tips for all body types. I can also provide diet plans which only include natural/organic foods. Beginning and ending fitness class on time; with an adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool-down. Develop fitness routines that follow proper technique and are appropriate for the group of participants at the time of each class.
