About Tushar
After completing my engineering degree, I set my heart on joining the Defense forces. I was an avid aspirant — truly committed. I appeared for almost every Defense-related exam: NDA, CDS, AFCAT, INET — and cleared them over 14 times. But life had other plans. Despite clearing the written exams multiple times, I was conferenced out repeatedly and even merit out once. It was a tough pill to swallow, but it gave me a deeper understanding of the journey — the effort, the discipline, the heartbreak, and most importantly, the learning. That’s when I decided to start teaching — not just to coach, but to share my experience, my methods, and my mindset with others. My goal is simple: “If destiny didn’t favor my journey, maybe I can light the way for others.”

The biggest reason most students struggle isn’t lack of intelligence — it’s poor teaching methods. The issue lies not in the student, but in how the concepts are delivered.
In most cases, lessons are taught in a random, unstructured way — like starting a chapter from the middle without knowing the basics. That’s like charging ahead blindly, without a map. My method is different. I believe in teaching step-by-step, in a well-organized, logical flow, so that each concept builds naturally upon the previous one.
But it doesn’t stop there.
I also help students connect the dots — linking abstract concepts to real-life examples they can relate to. When you understand why something works, not just how, it sticks with you forever.
That’s what makes my teaching approach not just different, but effective.
