About Mabel
I am a normal person, with a brain and a heart, just like you. Human physical appearance seems the same, but what really separates us from the others in this modern society is the quality that we have within ourselves and the ability to heal through the assistance of the nature.
Mindfulness is the way I live. I have experienced abusive relationship that affects me emotionally, deeply. During the dark times, I feel grateful that I am able to heal the anger and hatred within me, with the help of the nature. Running away is not the solution, it will haunt you throughout your life. The way to heal is by looking inwards and I will guide you through the process.
I can teach using English, Mandarin and Malay languages. I have helped many people overcome their daily life difficulties, childhood bullies trauma, and relationship difficulties. If you like to incorporate mindfulness practice in your daily life as a skill, or need an ear or a chat, don't hesitate to give me a nudge. Who knows what you will discover after.

- Each session is 30 minutes
- Practices mindfulness for more than 20 years with 5 Mindfulness Trainings and 14 Mindfulness Trainings, experienced and overcome difficulties in relationships, abusive relationships, childhood trauma, and the little things in life. Living towards a happy, peaceful and fulfilled life.
- Lessons are suitable for age 6 and above.
