About Jackie
I hold a degree in English and Creative Writing and have spent more than 10 years working in the film and television industry as a writer, producer, and script editor. I also have classroom experience as a supply teacher, so I understand how to adapt my approach to different ages, experience levels, and learning styles.
I believe strong writing grows through curiosity, practice, and thoughtful feedback. My lessons are friendly, encouraging, and free of judgment—whether you are writing for the first time, feeling stuck midway through a project, or looking for professional insight on a completed draft. I want every student to leave feeling more confident, inspired, and excited to keep writing.

A typical lesson may include reviewing your work, discussing focused feedback, exploring examples, and completing writing exercises designed to strengthen your project.
With more than 10 years of experience in the film and television industry as a writer, producer, and script editor, I bring both creative insight and real-world knowledge to every lesson. I work with beginners, students, emerging screenwriters, and anyone developing a screenplay, novel, short story, or other creative writing project. My goal is to create an encouraging, judgment-free space where you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and turn your ideas into compelling stories.
