About Nico

I am an English and French teacher. I have taught in schools for over 15 years. I am a translator (Romanian, Italian, English and French) and working with lawyers for document translations. I have given private lessons to children of all ages for more than 20 years. I have helped many of them not fail any classes. During my teaching career, I have worked with the British Council for several projects in schools.

About the lesson

My teaching approach starts from understanding the level each student is at. This outlines from the start the difficulties each student is facing and it aims to make the learning path easier. Learning a new language requires patience and building confidence which can be easily acquired in private one-to-one lessons. With the right learning approach, learning a new language can be fun which will consolidate more easily the learning and understanding of the language per se.

From my personal experience, Nico is the best teacher. She has been helping children learn Italian in schools. She has tons of experience. She has been tutoring children of any ages for over 30 years old now. Everyone likes her and her fun lessons. She has the best learning approach and she makes the language very fun. She knows how to make the children comfortable and knows how to make them confident in acquiring language skills. She is also a cultural mediator that means she is involved in teaching Italian to non-Italian speakers. She is very experienced with languages, including English and French. She has been teaching English and French for 20 years in schools. She has been working with British Council.
I recommend her to everyone that is learning Italian and wants extra help.
She is just the best ever. You will never regret meeting her.
