About Neelam

Hi, I’m Neelam Kashyap, an English Communication & Public Speaking Mentor and French Tutor.

I help students and adults improve their English communication, spoken English, public speaking and confidence through practical, engaging and personalized sessions.

I have an MBA in Finance & Marketing and over 12 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounts, Office Administration and Business Management. I later moved into education and communication training, where I have been working as a Public Speaking Expert and English Educator.

I have interacted with 160+ students and parents and have trained 40+ students. My teaching approach focuses not only on grammar and vocabulary, but also on helping learners express their ideas clearly, confidently and naturally.

I teach English:

• Spoken English
• English Communication
• Public Speaking
• Presentation Skills
• Confidence Building
• Communication for school students and working women

I also teach French:

• Grades 6–8
• School French
• Grammar and vocabulary
• Reading and writing
• Basic conversation
• Exam preparation

My classes are practical and learner-focused. I first understand the student's current level, goals and challenges and then plan the lessons accordingly.

I offer weekday online classes and personalized/small-group sessions.

If you are looking for a patient, supportive teacher who can help you become a more confident communicator, I would be happy to work with you.

My teaching approach is practical, personalized and confidence-focused.

I don't want students to simply memorize grammar rules. I want them to understand the language and use it in real communication.

Depending on the learner's level and goal, my sessions may include:

• Conversation practice
• Vocabulary building
• Grammar through examples
• Reading and comprehension
• Speaking activities
• Pronunciation practice
• Role plays and real-life situations
• Public speaking activities
• Presentation practice
• Writing and feedback

For school students, I also align the lessons with their school textbook, syllabus and examination requirements.

I believe regular practice, constructive feedback and confidence-building are essential for language improvement.
