About Simran
I am currently a graduate student at Niagara College Canada studying international business management. I have a Bachelors of Finance from the University at Buffalo. My background is heavily focused on business.
To sum it up into one word, I would say the most important aspect of being a mentor in a student’s life is to inspire them. Inspiration can arise from many sources in life but the most valuable is the kind that comes when bringing understanding to someone. It clears up confusion and builds confidence within the student to achieve more in school and in life. It inspires students to continue to learn and improves their communication skills.
