I have spent most of my adult life working to help people with their writing. I left the classroom setting due to frustrations with the system rather than any issues working with students. I am very passionate about helping people understand writing issues and how to improve them.

I have a specific focus in grammar and writing that allows me to help students understand the “why” when it comes to the English language. Oftentimes, students are not given an explanation for grammar rules, which leads to confusion and frustration.
I also firmly believe that literature is important to understanding people and history. Teaching students how literature matters is vital to getting them to understand why they’re studying it.
