I am an IB graduate with a BA in English. I have always been in love with English and I have been tutoring for 7 years. I have helped students progress and grow their love for English (and many subjects) showing them how books and essays are not the end of the world!

I always like to get to know a students' strengths and weaknesses first and then tailoring my teaching methods towards them. When you're teaching a younger child it's different than teaching a teenager or an adult. Also, it depends on how much a student is actually interested in a topic or not. No one method works with all students especially when it comes to things like analyzing and critical thinking.
