I personalise all classes so they are as approachable and as helpful to each student as they possibly can be. I take into account your progress, previous experience/knowledge and your goals, and work with you to achieve this. I create lesson plans and individualised tasks to stretch students to work to the best of their abilities. After completing English Language A Level in 2020 (B), English Language GCSE (7), and English Literature GCSE (6), I know how to accommodate the strengths and weaknesses of each student and work together to achieve your goals in your desired timeframe. I am also willing to help students in essay writing and revision skills in other subjects, as these are very transferable skills.

I consider Jacob to be a very honest and helpful person. He is supportive to other people, and will go out of his way to assist someone with their learning.
He is patient, and appreciates that students are all different, and have varied strengths in how they learn and the pace in which they do this.
He tutored me in English GCSESs and helped me with my revision techniques. He also took into account my position worked to help me achieve my best.
