I am currently in my final year as an undergrad, on track for a First Class in English Literature. I also achieved 9s in English Language and Literature GCSE, as well as an A* at A-Level. I am well equipped to help my students gain a thorough understanding of the texts they are studying, and achieve top marks!

My lessons are aimed at GCSE and A-Level students preparing for their exams, looking to bump their grades up to the next level.
I focus on 3 key areas: close analysis of literature, essay planning and making sure every point on the exam specification is addressed and understood to ensure a high level pass. We will work on breaking down texts in detail, building strong essay plans before writing, and mapping answers directly against the mark scheme and exam board criteria to target top-band results.
Lessons typically run from 60-90 minutes, ensuring time to go through key material as well as planning answers for exam questions in relation to the topic.
