About Brooklyn
As a graduate of Agnes Scott College with a degree in English Literature and History, I bring both strong academic training and a deep personal love of books, writing, and ideas. While I’m new to formal tutoring, I’ve supported others with writing and essay prep in the past, and I have experience working with students through my time as a camp counselor, where I helped teach theater and arts and crafts. I’m approachable, patient, and skilled at breaking down big ideas into manageable steps. Whether you’re trying to organize your thoughts for an essay, better understand a novel, or strengthen your writing voice, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

Work with me if you’re looking for a tutor who is patient, thoughtful, and passionate about stories and ideas. I help students focus in a world full of distractions, grow their skills through consistent effort, and build confidence with the support of someone who gets it—because I’ve been there too.
