About Shar
Hi everyone!
I'm Shar. My pronouns are she/they and I'm a huge advocate for LBGTQ+. I'm twenty-six and finishing up my degree in English Lit at Arizona State University. I have big dreams of working within the school district and bettering our education system. My strength and love for English has been around since I was a kid which has prompted me to work on a novel that I hope to publish sometime in the near future.
After COVID, I've been working a few odd jobs but want to rekindle my passion for teaching while I try integrating into the school system again.

I've been an English lover since I was a kid and dream of becoming an English teacher (high school) or a college level professor. I used to volunteer at the library over summer to help and have tutored several individuals throughout my community college life as well. Seeking to turn my hobby into a profession.
I understand that English is not everyone's strength and essay writing, composition, and outlining can be extremely tedious. However, I'm a patient, hard-working person and I believe that everyone learns differently and I'll take that into consideration. After all, this is what works for you and I understand everyone learns differently. Anything to ensure that you feel comfortable communicating, bonding, and ensuring your growth as a student is extremely important to me.
For me, I would really like to be one with your homework, class studies, etc., as this would help me the most in ensuring your success.

Shar did an amazing job responding to my request quickly and in a professional manner. She was very kind and understanding of my situation in regard to which areas I needed help with. I definitely would use her tutoring service again if the need would arise.
Her English teaching is incredible, the way she goes in depth about how to write or start an essay is breathtaking. Gives very simple and helpful tips and goes in depth when it comes to explaining the subject. 10/10
