Focussed, patient and encouraging, I pride myself on tailoring lesson plans to the individual needs of every student. Everyone learns differently, so to ensure student success, it is important to work with them, and quickly assess what they respond to and how this can be harnessed to help them realise their full potential. The best way to encourage academic growth is to identify and build on strengths, and quickly fill any missed learning steps to help boost confidence.
