About Ella
I’m Ella, a graduate and scholar of one of the UK’s top universities. During my time at Leeds University, I won a Laidlaw Scholarship which offered me a research grant to visit Colombia and work in marketing over there. Through doing this I got a job teaching ESL at home in Leeds and loved it. I truly think English is the doorway to the world and through my degree have worked in music journalism and written shortlisted student films. In my spare time, I love to surf and play volleyball - I wrote my dissertation on Shakespeare and the Sea!
