I am a passionate English student in the IBDP, and have a strong love for the exploration of the concepts represented in various forms of literature, and I want to use this passion to teach students the important skills and abilities they need to succeed in English.

I teach English with an aim to build strong fundamentals and conceptual understanding that allows students to form and communicate meaningful ideas about literature and texts. I believe that engaging with a text, and connecting it to key concepts is a valuable way to develop analytical skills, and translate this to success in english courses for students in grades 5 to 10. In particular, I can assist with skills relating to essay writing and oral presentation.
