I use positive affirmations to help the student build confidence. Students need a boost in their self-esteem in order to believe in themselves. My classrooms are always a safe space. Communication is important! I'm not just trying to teach, I'm trying to build confidence so that students will KNOW they can succeed.

I love helping students understand English. Some specialties I have are reading comprehension, essay writing, literature, vocabulary, and any other needs the student might have. I love to make teaching fun! Reading is supposed to be fun and exciting. I break down the literature and make fun activities that will help the student have fun reading, writing, and other needs.
