About Megan
I majored in English Literature from Baylor University along with Accounting and Business Fellows! I am crazy passionate about literature as a subject and would love to help others with their journey, either by helping them discover English as a passion or equipping them with the best possible knowledge of English in order to pursue their other passions. I am very much an academic with some business sense, and I love the beauty of language, but I understand that everyone has their strengths and try to appeal to that in teaching English. I am from South Africa, but have lived in Houston since I was 10 and am a native English speaker. I am around Afrikaans and Chinese on a daily basis and have experience teaching grammar and explaining literature to non-native speakers.

What do you need? Tell me what you are looking for and we will work towards a solution together. My method is based on what you need and helping you understand how to tackle the problem, rather than do your work for you. If you never need me again I will have done my job, but I am always happy to offer help and support! I do tend to speak quickly and get super excited about the subject, so feel free to tell me to slow down.
