About Nicholas
I have taught ESL for several years, firstly at schools abroad, and then at universities, in preparation for my students living, working, and studying in England. After graduating from University College London and Royal Holloway with an MA and BA in English, I have taken my passion for language and knowledge, and applied it to developing my own classes and courses. I look forward to helping you improve your language skills and confidence speaking English!

Hello! Having taught ESL to university students for 4 years to prepare them for studying in England, as well as several years before of teaching ESL to various ages and standards, I have a great amount of experience tailoring my classes to the appropriate level, standard, and learning abilities of my students. Each lesson is based around tasks to improve grammar, spelling, and vocabulary, with a particular focus on speaking in-class. I find that many English students are nervous about making mistakes or being understood, so my aim in my lessons is to improve your confidence along with your language skills!
