About Grishma
Hi, I'm Grishma! I recently completed my Bachelor of Business at QUT and have always loved English, from studying literature during the IB Diploma to achieving an IELTS score of 8. I want to help students build real confidence in reading and writing. I'm patient, encouraging, and enjoy working with young learners, and I take pride in making lessons feel supportive rather than stressful.

My approach to tutoring is patient, personalized, and focused on genuinely building a student's confidence in reading, writing, and understanding literature, rather than just memorizing rules. I tailor each lesson to the student's level and learning style, using clear explanations and plenty of encouragement. I'm most confident teaching primary and high school students, helping build strong foundations in reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension. I also offer guidance and support for IB English A students, drawing on my own experience achieving a high score in IB English A Literature HL. Lessons typically run for 60 minutes, adjusted based on the student's age and needs. I hold a Bachelor of Business from QUT and an IELTS score of 8, reflecting my own strong command of English.
