About Casey
Hi, I’m Casey — a native English speaker with a professional background in science and experience in teaching and mentorship.
I’ve spent several years working in a teaching laboratory, where I guided students through complex topics and helped them build both understanding and confidence. I also mentor junior colleagues in my professional work, supporting them in developing clear and effective communication skills.
I also hold a TEFL certification, which has strengthened my understanding of how to teach English in a clear, structured, and supportive way.
This combination of formal training and real-world experience allows me to break down complex ideas into simple, practical language and help students apply what they learn in real situations.
I particularly enjoy working with students who want to improve their fluency, expand their vocabulary, and communicate more confidently in both everyday and professional environments.
My teaching style is supportive, adaptable, and focused on steady, realistic progress in a comfortable learning environment.

My lessons are conversation-focused, with a balance of practical speaking and targeted structure to help you improve efficiently.
We use real-life topics and scenarios to build fluency and confidence, while also incorporating clear, simple explanations of key grammar concepts when needed. For example, we might focus on a specific tense or structure, then immediately practice it through guided conversation.
This ensures you’re not just learning English, but actively using it in a natural and meaningful way.
You’ll receive real-time feedback, vocabulary support, and corrections throughout the lesson, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
