Penny Batey is an enthusiastic educator that believes every child has a gift and assists them to discover their gift by building confidence in students. Penny was a quiet and obedient student in school and responded well to teachers that provided lessons then allowed students to practice on their own. Penny does the same and is always willing to answer questions and show proof to students of the questions they ask from other sources in the world.
