About Mary
I’m Mary from Bangalore. An enthusiastic techie who spent 5 years working for Dell Technologies. Working in Dell helped me realize I have great potential in helping others by sharing my knowledge of computers and how easy it was for me to connect with the team members. I have about 5 years of customer escalation service experience which included troubleshooting and telling users with all software and hardware issues of all Dell laptops and desktops and the mode of communication was English. I was trainer for all the new hire of the team and have also helped in the development of new AI tools for the team.
