About Caitlin
I am a French and English Literature tutor currently pursuing a join honours at university of Glasgow. I have experience tutoring in both French and English for a year, and achieved a's at both subjects in advanced higher and at university. I worked in France as an au pair for a year before coming to uni, and have a passion for both french and english! I have just finished a summer teaching english in China, working towards my tefl and gaining lots of valuable teaching experience. I am most familiar with the Scottish system but the skills needed to do well are easily transferable. I have also taught a wide variety of ages- from 3 year olds up to those preparing for important exams, so i know how important it is to have a tutor that makes you feel confident you can do well no matter what it is for.

i like to cater my classes to the needs of the student. My lessons are very structured as this allows the student to feel most at ease, and to maintain their focus. I try to keep them friendly and reassuring, so that students always feel confident in their abilities and are willing to keep trying.
