About Dominic
I am a English Literature and Creative Writing graduate who wrote for and edited a section of Newcastle University's student paper, The Courier before proceeding to work as a content writer for a year for a number of well-known gaming sites.
I studied English throughout my academic life and have a real passion for it, so I'd be really happy to help people discover or hone their talents.

I believe English is a great subject to learn through tutoring because it's about interpretation, and each person does that individually. The starting place is understanding how each of my students currently interacts with their work, and then creating a personal plan that works to their strengths, based on the relevant mark schemes and the demands of the exam board.
With a background in Creative Writing as well as English, I can help any of my students to think like a writer and my editing experience helps me to help my students develop their essay writing style.
I'm happy to work with students of all ages at any level of education and I fully believe that anyone can excel at English, no matter how far away from that success they might feel. I would genuinely love to help with that.
