My teaching ethos is to encourage independent learning and to teach students how to practice better and more effectively. I incorporate a mixture of theory and exploring music in a wider context to compliment learning the flute. It is my aim for students to feel inspired and motivated after each lesson. Most importantly though, you should have fun playing and making music and that is what I focus my lessons around. I am happy to each ABRSM or Trinity exam boards.
