About Francesca
My passion in History led me to obtain an MPhil in Early Modern History - which is just a fancy way of saying I really, really, really love learning. I hope that my passion comes through during my lessons.
I hold a CELTA to teach English to non-native speakers, which I used for years to privately help dozens of students of all ages with their English. As a non-native speaker myself, I know how frustrating it can be to learn a new language, but I hope to make it as interesting and fun as it can be.

I believe in putting the student first. That means that I answer to your needs, whatever those may be. I am here to provide help and support, as well as open a conversation. My lessons are never the seemingly endless, front facing lectures that bore everyone involved (unless that is what you want!), but I strive to make sure my students are active participants in their learning.
