About Johan
My life is divided into two, what I know and what I have done. Let me explain a little about both.
What I know:
For many years I have been passionate about knowing how companies and organizations work, that is why I decided to study Industrial Engineering. Over time I realized that organizations have two big worlds, one is about create the product or service an the other one is how to make the company stay in time, so I chose to study Management Engineering in order to learn more about how organizations work.
Later I became passionate about the creation of new companies and business ideas or, in other words, the development of entrepreneurial projects, for this reason I choose to study about Project Management, being the best way to understand this world much better.
Today I am doing my master in innovation and human skills with the purpose of understand how people make their ideas come true and also how I can make others learn about these topics.
What I've done:
I have been fortunate to apply everything I have learned in my training, managing to work in private and public companies, national and international non-governmental organizations, I have been from assistant in very operational processes to president of an organization of more than 1400 people in all Colombia going through various areas such as Marketing, Human Talent, Strategy, Innovation, Finance and more.
Today I am on this platform because my next dream is to be a University Professor and I see in this environment the best way to achieve it.
