About Ojay
Hello, my name is OJ, and I am a certified TEFL English instructor with a 100/120 TOEFL iBT score. I assist teenagers (14 and up) and adults in using English confidently in real-world, professional, and academic settings, rather than merely textbook English. My classes are planned, practical, and customized to specific goals, such as corporate communication, interviews, or TOEFL preparation. I focus on clear sentence structure, grammar correction, pronunciation, and professional tone, using level assessment, error analysis, mock interviews, and exam-style tasks inspired by British Council frameworks. I used a targeted crash-course approach to prepare for the TOEFL in 1.5 months for myself, and I now modify this approach for my students to provide effective, learning-oriented instruction.

The first session focuses on assessment and goal setting. Regular lessons include real-life business and interview simulations, grammatical correction, vocabulary building, and guided speaking practice.
