About Khanyisile
I have been teaching ESL for over 20 years, informally and formally. I use drama as a medium of teaching to make learning fun. Why should learning a language be a frightening experience? I ensure my students smile to success

As a norm, I combine the use of Drama as a Medium of Communication with the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) approach, and I find that this stimulates both adults and children because of the 21st Century environment of Rights, Globalisation, Easy Access to Information and Social Media. Thus students respond negatively to traditional approaches where they are reduced to sponges that suck everything from the teacher, with little participation, recognition of their prior knowledge or maximisation on their already existing strengths.

Khanyisile is well spoken. Articulate and has a passion for comprehending difficult concept while making it easy to understand. Under her mentorship i grew into a public speaker as well as a man driven by compassion and care. These are the qualities i inherited from her. Her work ethic is incomparable. Khanyisile is trustworthy, honest, hardworking and can see through the mediocrity of hypocrisy. She is and academic and has a passion for research, finding the best Pan-African solutions for complex situations. I would not be half the man i am today without her input and care in my life.
