About Camille

I have 3 years of experience working as an educational assistant at Danebo Elementary in the ELD (English Language Development) classroom. As an assistant, I prepare and teach English curriculum to small groups of students and individual students. I also have experience working with new comer students that have a very low level of English. As a second language learner myself (of Spanish) I understand that learning a new language can be challenging and it is important to feel supported. I have enjoyed encouraging my students and watching them learn and practice new English skills that will help them be successful in their futures.

About the lesson

I offer tutoring in English and am happy to meet you at whatever level you are. I do not offer a specific class in English. I am also happy to find/use resources that will help to support and enrich your English learning.

Camille is a patient, knowledgable, dedicated, and passionate teacher of Spanish. She is intentional with the time she spends with her students and prepares diligently for lessons. I would absolutely recommend Camille as a Spanish tutor for the above reasons and many more. She not only loves the language, but she is well-traveled in Latin America and has additional cultural competence to offer.
