About Krystal

I am a language teacher and tutor with 5 years of experience teaching at the high school level in the U.S. I also have experience working with younger children and adults. I love teaching, and I always strive to make my classes interesting and engaging.

About the lesson

I adapt my classes to each individual student, but the primary focus will always be on communicating in English. Learning should be fun, so I make sure to incorporate interactive activities like improvised conversations and grammar practice using songs in English. All ages and levels are welcome!

Krystal is not only talented and skilled in her profession, but genuinely passionate about Spanish language, cultures and helping others in their journey of learning!
I have known Krystal nearly 30 years (we grew up in the same hometown) and am continuously impressed with her commitment to providing excellent and personalized teaching to her students, no matter their level of mastery or knowledge. Even when we were students ourselves, it came natural to her to share helpful tips and perspectives. Her expertise has only improved as she has years of teaching and translation experience in addition to living in Mexico and Spain for periods of time.
If you're looking to enjoy learning with someone who is highly qualified, genuinely cares and meets you where you are, Krystal is the tutor for you!
