About Joshua
I've been an athlete for my whole life trying a myriad of different sports and then I suffered injuries to my arms and decided to go to the gym. I've been weight training for almost 10 years. My training had been on and off for some years due to injuries. I'm currently an athlete who plays soccer and volleyball and have expertise in rehabilitation exercise learned both on paper and from firsthand experience. I'm passionate about improving individuals' quality of life through pain-free movement and improved fitness.

My sessions will first consist of education and confirmation of your nutritional knowledge. I will make an assessment of your personal goals and create a meal plan accordingly. Then we will get an idea of your physical capabilities and experience level with training and create a suitable exercise program. These sessions are for anyone and everyone who wants to make a difference in their fitness level or pursue strength goals and would just like some guidance or motivation.
