From a young age, music has been an intrinsic part of my life. Although initially seen as a punishment by my mother, who urged me to learn the piano, I soon discovered the magic of blending piano melodies with my poetry, transforming music into a unique spoken word that weaves captivating stories.
The process of creation is the true essence of art for me. Crafting narratives and resolving climactic moments with expressive sus4 chords encapsulates the depth of human emotions. Makeba is patient, knowledgeable, and she is easy to learn from. She explains in a way that is either to understand and will help along the way.
Makeba is one of the best teachers I've had. I had other teachers in the past that weren't working. When I was going to give up, I found her and I just love her energy when she teaches! I like how she really listens to the student and uses different examples to explain everything. It's really cool and I think she's a great choice for people who want to learn.
