About Sarannya
Hello! I am Sarannya, an enthusiastic and patient tutor with a professional background in accounting and a passion for helping students learn and grow.
I hold a degree in Accounting and an MBA, and I work as an Assistant Accounts Manager. My educational and professional journey has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, clear communication, and understanding concepts step by step. I bring these qualities into my tutoring sessions to help students learn with confidence.
I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when given the right guidance, encouragement, and support. My teaching style is friendly, structured, and interactive. I take the time to understand each student's strengths and learning needs, adapting my lessons to ensure that concepts are explained clearly and at a comfortable pace.
I offer support in basic Mathematics, English, early-years learning, and Accounting fundamentals. I particularly enjoy helping young learners build a strong foundation in numbers, counting, and problem-solving through simple explanations, practical examples, and engaging activities.
As a tutor, my goal is not simply to help students complete their homework, but to help them understand what they are learning, develop independent thinking, and become more confident in their abilities.

My teaching approach is student-centred, patient, and interactive. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student's learning style, ability, and pace. I explain concepts step by step, use simple examples, visual aids, worksheets, and practical exercises to make learning easier and more enjoyable.
For Mathematics, I focus on building a strong foundation in numbers, counting, calculations, and problem-solving. For English, I help students improve their vocabulary, reading, writing, and basic grammar. For Accounting, I use practical examples and clear explanations to help students understand accounting concepts and apply them confidently.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, depending on the student's age, concentration level, and learning needs. My classes usually include a short revision, introduction of new concepts, guided practice, independent exercises, and a recap at the end to reinforce understanding.
I have a professional background in accounting and hold a degree in Accounting as well as an MBA. My academic and professional journey has strengthened my analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. I also have experience tutoring young learners in basic Mathematics, including number recognition, counting, and number concepts.
My lessons are suitable for preschool children, primary school students, and learners who need additional support in Mathematics and English. I also welcome students who wish to strengthen their understanding of Accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals.
My goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident asking questions, learning from mistakes, and making steady progress. I aim to help every student develop not only academic skills but also confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning.
