About B T
About Me! I’ve been singing since I was 3 years old. Out of my family, I’m one of the only young people who was into music. I’ve been writing since age of 10. I went to high school and college for music, graduating in 2003 with my B.A. in Vocal Performance. I received my MBA in Music Business in 2017 and am currently studying for my second B. A. In Music Production. I have been teaching music since 2000, right before I graduated with my first B.A. I started with one little girl and since that year, I have taught a whole list of individuals, choirs, praise teams, and groups. A few I have assisted in writing music for, some landing music deals. If you’d like help reaching your musical goals, I am here!!

When you sing, you’ll sing like your individual self, gaining your own authentic sound. And I offer lessons based on your need. If you only want one lesson, that’s awesome! Perfect! She finds out where your vocals need help in is and then she builds a game plan to help you strengthen that weakness .
Perfect! Working with Barbara has been a pleasure. She welcomes in-person lessons which is what I was looking for. She makes the vocal lessons fun and she has an easy going teaching style. I’ve been working with her for a little over a month now and the lessons have been great, would highly recommend!

Perfect! She is so easy to talk to. She is patient and kind. She knows what she is doing and she tailors her program to your needs. I am euro-divergent, and she not only paced everything, she helped me along whenever I was stemming, and yet didn’t make me feel like it was my fault or like I was taking too much time. I got a bit emotional because of my reason for trying to sing again, and we actually shared the moment. Love love love love this vocal coaches methods and her air. I cannot wait for my second lesson.

Ms Barbara is an excellent and talented voice teacher. She is patient and knowledgeable in all genres of music. She has helped my daughter become a better singer by building her confidence and stage presence. Ms Barbara has helped my daughter learn to use her voice to the best of her ability and daughter looks forward to and enjoys her weekly voice lessons. I encourage anyone looking a professional well rounded experience to to take lessons with Ms Barbara.

BT is an excellent voice teacher! She helps build confidence when her students might be anxious singing solo for the first time. She's also very knowledgeable about music. And she teaches all styles of music. She has all the credentials to back up what she's teaching. I have learned so much from her about how the human voice works and harmonizing with other singers and how breath control is very important. I highly recommend her to anyone inquiring. 10 out of 10!
