I am a personal trainer who has been in the profession for over 10 years and I have a level 3 in fitness instruction with CYQ as well as nutrition for exercise. Before that I worked as a music tutor so have lots of experience in teaching

My teaching method varies with each client as they will all have specific needs and requirements. The only thing I keep the same across the board is that we set goals to achieve and I motivate all of my clients so they meet those targets.

Steve is an expert in fitness. His individual plans and varied training sessions help you to achieve your goals and promote a love of exercise. His knowledge in exercise technique helped me regain fitness, post injury, in a friendly and non-judgemental environment. A genuinely good guy!
I started boot camps with Steve quite a few years ago and then moved into personal training with him. Steve is a great instructor, highly knowledgeable and skilled in his work but more importantly to me a great motivator, always positive and encouraging and helping me achieve personal bests that I never thought possible. Somebody finally helped me to enjoy exercise. I would highly recommend Steve for fitness training. 10/10
I've known Steven for many years. He is an excellent personal trainer, really focused on you and giving you the best, most practical help and advice. I've always found that he takes the time to make sure exercises and healthy eating plans work for you, will work in the long term as a lifestyle change, and are not just short term, fad plans.
