I have a Master's degree in Ecology and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. I have 5 years of teaching experience at the collegiate level and 8 years of tutoring experience in biology and anatomy. When working with new students I first like to assess which study strategies they have tried and which specific topics they are struggling with the most. From there, I design an individualized plan based on the student's learning style and adapt based on the student's individual goals and needs.
