Holding 300 Hours Advanced International Multilevel Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, 200 Hours International Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, and a 10 Hours Prenatal Yoga Certificate, I bring a comprehensive understanding of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and specialized practices.
