My name is Suniel, I am a 29-year-old personal trainer with 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. I am deeply passionate about teaching people how to train correctly, move better, and live a pain-free, healthy lifestyle. I believe fitness is not just about lifting weights, but about understanding your body, improving mobility, building strength safely, and creating habits that support long-term health. As a CPD-certified strength trainer, nutritionist, and fitness trainer, my goal is to educate and guide my clients so they can stay strong, confident, and injury-free in everyday life.

My approach to personal training goes beyond giving regular workouts. I focus on teaching my clients how to move correctly, understand their own bodies, and build strength safely and progressively. Every session is structured with proper warm-ups, mobility work, strength training, and recovery, so results come without unnecessary pain or injury. I emphasize correct technique, breathing, posture, and joint health, helping clients improve daily movement, reduce discomfort, and train with confidence. With my background as a CPD-certified strength trainer, nutritionist, and fitness trainer, I educate clients along the way—so they don’t just follow exercises, they learn why they are doing them and how to stay pain-free long term.
