About Lori
Teaching has been my lifelong passion, and I have found great joy in working with students of all ages. After college, I began my teaching career as an elementary teacher and have recently taught middle and high school. I use many methods and activities to aid in learning different concepts and how to write well. I would love to help you on your educational journey and encourage the potential you have for learning.

I will plan and execute lessons with various instructional strategies to engage students, promote learning, and achieve objectives.
The goal is to prompt competent academic independence, enthusiasm, and foster an atmosphere of cooperative involvement, and positive learning.
Lessons will involve reviewing concepts, instructional activities, and practice for mastery.
I have tutored elementary children for 25+ years in reading, writing, and mathematics. Additionally, I have taught middle school and high school English, literature, and writing.
