About Aman
I’m a Graduate Fire Engineer based in London with a strong background in engineering, mathematics and physics. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering at the National Fire Service College in India, followed by an International Master’s in Fire Safety Engineering, during which I studied at Ghent University, Lund University and The University of Edinburgh.
My engineering background has given me a strong understanding of maths, physics, thermodynamics, heat transfer and problem-solving. I enjoy explaining technical subjects in a clear and practical way and helping students understand the logic behind a topic rather than simply memorising formulae.
I’m patient, organised and adaptable in how I teach, and I tailor lessons to the student’s level and goals. I can support GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics, as well as selected university-level engineering subjects.

I adapt my lessons to the student’s level and goals, whether you are preparing for GCSE, A-Level or studying an engineering subject at university.
I focus on helping students understand the logic behind a topic rather than just memorising formulae. I like to explain concepts step by step, use practical examples, and then work through questions together so that you become confident solving problems independently.
For Maths and Physics, lessons can include concept explanation, exam-style questions, problem-solving techniques and revision of difficult topics. For university-level engineering subjects, I can also help with areas such as thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics and engineering calculations.
Lessons can be tailored around your syllabus, assignments or upcoming exams. My aim is to make difficult topics easier to understand and help you build confidence through regular practice.
